President - Prof Cristine Homsi Jorge (Brazil)

Prof Cristine Homsi Jorge
Cristine Homsi Jorge is a Women’s Health Physical Therapist (PhD) and Full Professor at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo. She is the founder and first President of the Brazilian Association of Women’s Health Physiotherapy. Her teaching and research are dedicated to Women’s Health, with a particular focus on pelvic floor muscle function and dysfunction. She has supervised numerous Master’s and PhD students.
Professor Cristine is deeply committed to evidence-based physiotherapy and has authored several clinical trials and systematic reviews, as well as contributed to the development of national and international clinical guidelines in the field of women’s and pelvic health. She currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Brazilian Journal of Physical Therapy and as Scientific Director of the Brazilian Association of Women’s Health Physical Therapy. 

Vice President - Prof Corlia Brandt (South Africa)

Prof Corlia Brandt

Prof Corlia Brandt is an Associate Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa – striving to develop pelvic health clinics integrating research, higher education, and clinical practice. Looking after patients in the rural and public health sector, has taught me what it is to truly make a difference. My best ideas usually come when I am running, swimming or cycling!

Secretary - Dr Carina Siracusa (USA)

Carina Siracusa

Dr Carina Siracusa is a physiotherapist who has been practicing in the United States for over 18 years. She has specialties in neurologic, paediatric, and oncologic pelvic floor physiotherapy and loves to show other physios how much these populations can be helped with pelvic health physio. She also teaches at South College physiotherapy graduate program.

Treasurer - Dr. Nina-Margrethe Tennebekk Theodorsen (Norway)

Dr. Nina-Margreteh Tennebekk Theodorsen is an associate professor at the University of Bergen

Member at Large - Dr Kim Parker-Guerrero (USA)

Dr Kim Parker Guerrero

Dr Kim Parker-Guerrero is a pelvic health physical therapist in rural New Mexico with over 40 years of experience in all practice settings. She has been very active in the PT profession through leadership roles in New Mexico American Physical Therapy Association (NM APTA), American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) , and the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (APHPT) with a focus on payment and policy issues. She is the president-elect of the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical therapy in the United States. 

Regular Member- Jason Crow (Australia)

Jason Crow is the director of outpatients and specialty services for Active Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy. As a Senior Men’s Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Jason has long-standing experience in supporting men through prostate surgery rehabilitation, incontinence and sexual health. In addition to his leadership at Active, Jason’s contributions to the physiotherapy profession are far-reaching. He is the immediate past National Chair of the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s (APA) Women’s, Men’s, and Pelvic Health Committee and currently serves as the APA International Delegate for the International Organisation of Physiotherapists in Pelvic and Women’s Health.
